Do Baroxon boom barriers work in Canadian winters?
Yes. Every barrier ships with a cold-weather package rated to -40 °C: low-temperature grease, an optional heated control cabinet, 24 V BLDC motors with soft start, and powder-coated or 304 stainless housings that resist road salt. Opening time stays within spec after freeze-thaw cycling tests.
Are your products certified for Canada?
Our factory holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification and our products carry CE and RoHS test reports. For Canadian projects we supply CSA/cUL-compliant control panels and 120 V/60 Hz configurations on request, plus wiring diagrams for local electrical inspectors.
How long does delivery to Canada take?
Standard models ship in 3-7 business days from stock. Custom OEM/ODM orders take 15-25 days. Air freight to Toronto, Vancouver or Montréal takes 5-8 days; sea freight takes 25-35 days. We ship DDP with customs clearance handled for you.
Can your LPR/ANPR camera read Canadian licence plates?
Yes. The ANPR engine recognises plates from every province and territory, including Quebec formats and personalized plates, with a daytime capture rate above 99%. Recognition models are updated remotely as plate designs change.
Do you support French-language interfaces for Québec projects?
Yes. Barrier LCD screens, the ANPR management software and payment kiosks can be delivered with a French (fr-CA) interface. Our website and documentation are available in both English and French.
What warranty and after-sales support do you provide?
Every barrier gate carries a 12-month warranty, extendable to 24 months, plus lifetime technical support, free remote commissioning and a spare-parts kit shipped with the first order. Critical spare parts are dispatched within 48 hours.
Can you integrate with our existing parking or access control system?
Yes. Baroxon controllers expose dry-contact relays, RS485, TCP/IP, Wiegand 26/34 and a REST API, so they integrate with most third-party parking management, ticketing, ANPR and building management platforms.
What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no strict minimum for standard models — sample and single-unit orders are welcome. Volume pricing starts at 10 units, and integrators can apply for our dealer price list.
